The Golden Club of Andalusian Restaurants (Spanish acronym COMA from now on) for its ongoing involvement in promoting and disseminating the gastronomic and ethnographic values of Andalusia, convokes regular meetings of its members in order to define the lines of work of the Club and -as parallel and complementary activities- to grant acknowledgements to sponsors and agencies, as well as to organize gastronomic conferences in associated establishments as hosts of the event.
In autumn 2011 took place the general assembly of the COMA in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, organized and coordinated by the Familia Hermoso (Casa Bigote), with meetings, visits and ceremony of acknowledgements: the Golden Insignia of the Club was given to Bodegas Barbadillo represented by Mr Claudio Arañó, commercial manager of the Winery and a Plaque of acknowledgement was also given to Mr Antonio Reyes, delegate of City Tourism board of the municipality of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
