José Antonio Zaiño and his wife Ana form with work and love of cooking a true benchmark in the gastronomy of Huelva with their restaurant in Isla Cristina, specializing in local cuisine with best ingredients. The special “long-narrow menu” consists of eight fish dishes with eight different sauces. They develop the rich legacy of the founder Mr. Rufino Zaiño, former manager of the first hotel in town and in charge of the first coffee house before founding this well known restaurant. “The Atlantic Ocean is our best stock of fine food”. The splendid Red Tuna of Almadraba -traditional fishing method- is the star of the menu, for this restaurant is a member of “Thunnus-Thynus” gastronomic association and organizes gastronomic days in September.
