Twenty-seven years as a reference for the restaurant in Seville, with the seafarer cuisine as hallmark. In 1995 the Moro Lara brothers, Ana María, Miguel Ángel and Antonio, opened a namesake restaurant in Madrid with the same successful menu as in Seville.
The wide as assiduous clientele come to enjoy, in an elegant and welcoming setting, a high specialization in fish, seafood, seafood stews... as the nearby coast of Huelva provides daily treasures: turbot, sea bass, fresh anchovies, red mullet, squids and classic recipes such as the typical ‘Urta a la roteña’ - sea bream Rota style, sole fillets homemade style, fish baked in a salt crust... Of course, you can also taste splendid top quality meat, such as the lamb chop, the entrecote of veal or veal tenderloin.
Wide List of Wines up to 200 references, specially white wines, most demanded to go with fish and seafood. Typical and exquisite Sevillian desserts, such as the ‘piononos’, the crêpes of Sevillian orange, the millefeuille with cream... as well as ‘seasonal desserts’ (during the Holy Week, for example): ‘torrijas’ - special French toast with honey, cinnamon and Sherry or white wine, the ‘pestiños’ or the delicious ‘leche frita’ - fried thickened milk.
