Since 1964, Mr Gonzalo Córdoba updated a simple seafood tavern, today a well known and top quality family restaurant, absolutely linked to Cádiz and its atmosphere, ruled by Mayte Córdoba, specializing in traditional cuisine based on fine fish (but also fine meat and vegetables). Some popular and superb specialties are the Shrimps Fritters, an historic icon of Cádiz, and the tasty Scorpion Fish Cake.
