Mrs Emilia Cabrera, 87 years old, mother of Fernando and Curro, current owners, is still -and every day- involved in the kitchen. Suitable lounge of celebrations, own catering, kitchen for special events, sixteen cookers always ready to prepare different rice dishes, teaching for future professionals… And a nice 45 rooms hotel just on the restaurant itself. Mrs Emilia’s daughters in law (Mª Ángeles and Loli) are responsible for the up to fifty superb dishes updating the old recipes of the grandmother with new technology and products.
