Since 25 years Manuel Gómez, owner of this renowned restaurant (and several other, “Portichuelo Sur” is the newest, located in Pescadería quarter) proposes a rural cookery, traditional, with the deep historical roots of the great cultures that inhabited this territory, Tartessos, Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans… Very popular home-made dishes with the best ingredients of this land and coast: Cuttlefish Meatballs, Roast Lamb, Beans Stew, Clams, Plaices… Fine Iberian pork meat and lamb.
