– Brief review of COMA.
The Golden Club of the Andalusian Table was established in 1988 and since then, 31 years ago, it is one of the most important restaurant associations in Andalusia and Spain; a group that brings together 24 establishments in the 8 provinces of our region, including a collaborating restaurant in the autonomous city of Ceuta.
All the members of the COMA share, in addition to the guild, the same concern: to promote the cuisine that is made in Andalusia. The raw material, respect for traditional Andalusian cuisine and the development of new culinary techniques, are also part of the common interest.
