Sautéed artichokes with Iberian ham

Preparation
1st. We put lemon water in a basin so that the artichoke does not rust.
2nd. We clean the artichoke leaving the heart, we cut it in half and remove fluff. They turn to the basin.
3rd. We put them in the oven, steam function, for 20 min.
4th. The next step is to put it in the temperature mixer, to lower it.
5th. With this we manage to cook without any water, managing to preserve all the flavors and nutrients.
6th. We chop some garlic, fry them and when they are golden brown add the artichokes and salt to taste. We finished braising.
7º. Just before taking it out, we add the ham and we already have our sautéed artichokes with ham ready.
